Welcome to the Support Center In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Our Support System has been Updated You will find many new features, including rich text editing of tickets and 'drag and drop' attachments. In addition, you can now reply to a ticket simply by replying to the email that you received from the support system (and adding your response above the indicated line). If you have opened a ticket at some point in the past, you may open a new ticket simply by emailing email@example.com - but you must be emailing from an address already recognized by the ticket system.
